Brilliant Taurid fireballs in the night skies over Europe+++Brilliant Taurid fireballs in the night skies over Europe!+++ The Taurid meteor shower may be producing a spectacular celestial fireworks display right now! Over the past few nights we have received numerous reports of very bright fireballs (meteors). The Taurid meteor shower is active right now - it is a special shower, every once in a while they produce enhanced activity with many brilliant meteors, sometimes brighter than the full Moon! It last happened in 2005 and 2015, and it just might be happening again. This absolutely spectacular fireball appeared in the skies over Calar Alto Observatory in southern Spain last night! Nad Hiszpanią rozbłysł meteoroid, który pochodził z roju Taurydów. Powstał on po kolejnych przelotach komety Enckego. Naukowcy informują o nowej eksplozji aktywności tego roju, podobnej do tej z 2005 i 2015 roku. Bardzo jasne bolidy były widoczne w różnych częściach świata, m.in. nad stanem Arkansas. Maksimum roju Północnych Taurydów przypada w okolicach 12 listopada, więc spodziewamy się w najbliższych dniach kolejnych jasnych meteorów.
